Correct mismatches between spec files and comments about export number

winapi_check complains about some mismatches between spec files and
comments.

Note that I don't have a Windows installation available to check that
the spec files are indeed correct.

I haven't included the parts for d3dxof because DllRegisterServer and
DllUnregisterServer are not in the spec file (even as -private), so I'm
not sure what to do with them. If somebody can confirm me that d3dxof
does export them as -private, then we'll need to modify the spec file
accordingly (and if they're not exported, I don't know how to call
them...)
