include: add some structs/prototypes to wdm.h

Please note the Zw* functions exported by ntoskrnl don't correspond 
exactly to those exported by ntdll, the same is true for the Nt* functions.
Nt and Zw aren't the same in KM but as we don't have a security 
subsystem it doesn't matter.
