shell32: Remove the '.\\' prefix from filenames, because it hides a bug in SHFileOperation [try 2]

Hi,

This is the first of many patches for SHFileOperations.  The next few
patches will add more tests to each of the file operations, and the
final patch is a factored, full reimplementation of SHFileOperation
that passes the tests.
