[DMUSIC] Resend merged patch from Rok

Hi,

Here are some refreshed patches from Rok (cf 
http://www.winehq.org/hypermail/wine-patches/2004/11/0275.html)

Rok Changelog:
- fixed some type definitions; also there was a user
complaining IDirectMusicLoader failing to initialise when default DLS
collection was not present; now it prints the message, similiarly as
ole32 does when stdole32.tlb is missing.
- fixed some typos
