[LostWages] Resurrection of the AddRef and Release code cleanup. (RESEND)

Hi,

The first patch didn't include James and Joris as workers. This wasn't 
intentional. I though 'Worker(s)' meant 'currently working on it'.

The Project was apparently not finished, this patch moves it in the 
active part again.

Changelog:
  make the AddRef and Release code cleanup active again.
