[WINED3D] interlocked cleanup

Hey,

One objection to this type of patch that might be brought forward is
that this change is pointless in that nothing is really different, but
I believe this adds consistency to the AddRef/Release's of the entire
wine codebase.  If you don't want it changed, let me know and I'll
skip this type from now on.

   * Use only stored result of Interlocked* in AddRef/Release.
