[winecfg] Reset type dropdown after selecting another drive

Hey everyone,

I was looking a bit at winecfg and noticed that selecting another
drive will cause the type dropdown to have all types twice. In other
words it is not resetting the type dropdown.

Now, I have a bit of c experience. And absolutely zero Windows c++
experience. But I looked arround the code and came up with this line.
Seems to work and to be the correct thing. But please tell me if
otherwise.
