[OLE #46] Use STDOBJREF on the Wire

Hi,

This patch makes us more protocol and feature compatible with the native 
version and the change to the register_ifstub is needed to make further 
features easier to add. This patch won't fix any bugs, but hopefully 
won't introduce any.

Changelog:
- Consolidate more stub creation details into register_ifstub.
- Replace the current wine_marshal_id structure with STDOBJREF for the 
on-the-wire format.
