[DMBAND] Use Interlocked* functions in AddRef and Release

Hi,

and another one.

Wherever possible, I changed the TRACE's not to contain This->*ref*
(without changing the text-part). I added some TRACE's in the same
format as the rest of the dll.

Not inlined because of size.

Changelog:
- use Interlocked* functions in AddRef and Release.
- store the result of the Interlocked functions and use only this.
- Added some TRACE's.
