[OLE #51] Self-Registration Update

Hi,

More interfaces should be registered (even though the proxy/stubs aren't 
implemented for them yet), but this should provide a nice groundwork for 
them. You will need to run "regsvr32 ole32" afterwards to ensure that 
ole32 will continue working with the next patch applied.
