[kernel] fill in CPU reg info better

Hi,
This fills in the information in VendorIdentifier and
makes a better effort at filling in Identifier in the
registry key.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Hardware/Description/System/CentralProcessor/*/


this gets the darwinia demo past the 'could not
