[wined3d] GUIDS for everything.

Hi, this patch provides guids for all the wined3d
interfaces. There not needed right now, but some
patches I'll be sending in depend on them.

I've also removed internal referencing counting on
IWineD3DDevice because of circular referencing
problems.

And added a check for a null vertexdeclaration being
sent to setVertexDeclaration so that I can keep in
sync with Raphael on the vertex declaration side of
things.

The next patches should be to add query, followed by a
few fixes to the existing wined3d before any I send in
