dbghelp #14

this patch fixes a couple of bugs in stabs handling for C++ modules (mainly 
dealing with nested classes and templates). This still doesn't provide proper 
C++ support to dbghelp.
A huge thanks to Michael Lin for testing the various versions of the patch 
(which at the end, worked so well that it now exhausts the memory while loading 
a module, which is another issue to look after).
