Lostwages: update our Download and features pages

Hello,


It is of my opinion that Cedega has forked to the point to where
it is a toatly different project at this time.
So in this patch i've removed Cedega from our download site.


I also changed wine_features to state the same thing about DirectX as we 
have on:
http://www.winehq.org/site/docs/wine-user/what-is-wine#WINE-FEATURES
