[NtQuerySystemInformation #9] Some improved stubs

Hi,

some improved stubs for:

SystemPerformanceInformation
SystemProcessorPerformanceInformation
SystemModuleInformation
SystemCacheInformation
SystemKernelDebuggerInformation
SystemRegistryQuotaInformation

Both SystemProcessorPerformanceInformation and (the already present)
SystemInterruptInformation are depended on the number of processors,
which is defaulted to 1 for now (see SystemBasicInformation).

SystemModuleInformation used the wrong struct, that's fixed now.

Tests will follow as soon as I clean them up (a bit).

Changelog
  Improved stubs to show the correct behavior.
