[ntdll/tests/info.c] Tests for changed stubs in ntdll/nt.c

Hi,

here are the promised tests for the changed stubs. Both ntdll/nt.c and
info.c need some cleaning up and some logic can be grouped as it's the
same for every information class.

Changelog
  Added some tests for other information classes
  Correct comment for test 0x3
