[RICHED20] CreateTextServices + Interface

Last attempt had troubles with thiscall, addressed the issues as good as
 I could. I don't feel like programming at the moment so everyone is
free to work on it. :)

MSN 6.2 works better with this CreateTextServices, even though
everything returns E_NOTIMPL, instead of crashing it just says it can't
open a conversation... unless you try again which causes it to crash
because it tries to show a display picture.

ChangeLog:
 - Implemented CreateTextServices
 - Implemented a stubby ITextServices interface that's returned by
CreateTextServices.
