unixfs: Create child pidls on the fly

Remove the caching of child pidls in UnixFolder and create them on the fly in 
UnixSubFolderIterator instead. With this patch the office 2k file dialogs 
update their entries correctly after a rename operation.

Changelog:
	Don't cache child pidls in UnixFolder, but create them on the fly.
