widl - add oldname option

This patch is a no-op. I am just trying to reduce the Winehq/ReactOS diff a bit for future
merging. The oldnames code is already implemented but it is dependant on other patches that will
be coming soon. I hope.....

Add '-o' option. This will be equivalent to MIDLs '/oldnames' option.
