[version/tests/info.c] Added a 'unicode' test

Hi,

I have some issues with Process Explorer and the fact that it shows the
wrong versions for executables. I've tried to find a solution but so far I
can only come up with a test that shows some behaviour difference between
Wine and NT/W2K/XP/W2K3.

Process Explorer (windows version set to XP) calls GetFileVersionInfoA and
expects to find a Win32 version info struct. Wine however always converts
the version info to a Win16 version when called via GetFileVersionInfoA.

Changelog
