unixfs: When using PATHMODE_UNIX, all files are in the file system

When using PATHMODE_UNIX in the unixfs shell extension it seems fair to assume 
that the caller will know how to deal with any UNIX path returned by the 
system. Accordingly, this patch causes all UNIX directories (and hence files) 
to have the SFGAO_FILESYSTEM attribute.
