[OLE #107] Remove RegisterTypeLib Hack

Hi,

The hack is no longer necessary for any of the installers I tried. It 
causes a lot of mess in tmarshal.c with hacks for supporting 
IUnknown_QueryInterface and IDispatch_Invoke which should be removed and 
will be in the future.

Changelog:
Remove RegisterTypeLib hack.
