RICHEDIT: Handle EM_SETTEXTEX (some cases)

ChangeLog:
Basic handling of EM_SETTEXTEX in RichEdit

This is a basic implementation of EM_SETTEXTEX so that a particular
application would work correctly.  It supports the insertion (and
selection replacement) of unicode text only.  It does not support rich
text or non-unicode text, and will output a fixme message in those
cases.
