Correct winhelp file->exit accelerator key

Changed winhelp file->exit accelerator key from "e" to "x"

Micropatch to fix a small usability nitpick.  Most windows apps
including Microsoft's winhelp can be exited with Alt-F,X...this patch
fixes wine's winhelp to do the same.
