Hi,

This patch corrects are regression problem with
dx9_effect_simple
dx9_1pass_emboss_bump_mapping
dx9_2pass_emboss_bump_mapping

The regression occurred because changes to texture loading were committed before
changes to textures and states to support the change were committed
