RICHED20: EM_LINELENGTH implementation (fixed)

This patch (now fixed) needs to be applied after "Emulate RichEdit
1.0 behaviour in regard to paragraph endings" patch.

ChangeLog:

Implemented EM_LINELENGTH RichEdit message.
