DINPUT: linuxinput joystick axis fixes

Changelog:
Correct dinput handling of sliders and non-zero-based axes through the
linux input system.

Basically fixes two problems:
1. Non-zero-based axes were not correctly mapped onto the requested
ranges, since the base was not subtraced before scaling.
2. Sliders (aka Throttle/Rudder) were not mapped from the event driver
to dinput at all.
