[version/info.c] Forward GetFileVersionInfoA to GetFileVersionInfoW

Hi,

as we're not supposed to change the structure anyway (regardless of win16
or win32) in GetFileVersionInfo[Size]A and GetFileVersionInfo[Size]A, this
can be an easy forward.
