[kernel/tests/module.c] Test fixes for win9x and winME

Hi,

GetModuleFileNameW is not implemented on some platforms, so check for it.
Some of the returned error-codes are different on platforms, check for
these as well.

(This brings the number of errors down to 3 from 18)
