[version/info.c] Start fixing some needed conversion

Hi,

if VerQueryValueA get's a 32bit resource, or VerQueryValueW get's a 16bit
resource some conversion is needed, but not for root (\) and VerInfo
information as they are not strings.

I also removed some whitespace.

The next (last?) patch will fix up the conversion.

Apply after "New functions plus made some funct. static"
