[version/info.c] Last (?) cleanup and small fix

Hi,

I've removed ConvertVersionInfo32To16 as it's no longer used. I also
forgot to do a RtlFreeUnicodeString in GetFileVersionInfoA. And last but
not least added myself to the Copyright list.

This is the last patch for version.dll as everything I needed seems to
be there now. Let's hope it works for everybody.

Changelog
  Remove the no longer used ConvertVersionInfo32To16 function
  Add a (forgotten) RtlFreeUnicodeString
