unixfs: ShowUnixFilesystem option again

Hi,

this is another proposal for a config based ShowUnixFilesystem option. Since 
this option only affects shell32 internal code, I put it under [shell32] (in 
the style of dsound's and x11drv's options). It is now supported as 
"AppDefaults" or as a global option.

Winelib applications could either set the "AppDefaults" based option at 
installation in the registry. Or we could add another API, to force the 
ShowUnixFilesystem option to true programmatically for winelib apps. 

The code in this path is not yet called. I would help me to keep my local tree 
in sync with cvs, though. 

Do you consider this approach a reasonable choice?
