Restructure WINE_WAVEOUT/WINE_WAVEIN

Eliminate duplication within the WINE_WAVEOUT/WINE_WAVEIN
structures by using a unified WINE_WAVECOMMON structure.
This patch has no effect on the execution of the code;
it's purely a naming change.

It lays the groundwork for my next patch, which revamps Alsa
intialization and, because of this change, can eliminate about 200
duplicated lines of code.
