[ntdll]: Rewrite of IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT and IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH

This new implementation avoids a crash we had in the old one.
It also uses scsi commands instead of cd specific ones, so it will work 
for any scsi device as on windows.

ChangeLog: Reimplement IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT and 
IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH
on top of the linux scsi driver
