[Patch] Implement try_mmap_fixed for Darwin

Darwin suffers from the same lack of MAP_TRYFIXED as Solaris and  
others, but the vfork-based workaround does not work either. Instead,  
we can use the underlying Mach APIs to implement try_mmap_fixed.

Changelog:
