winecfg: option to enable unixfs

I don't now if this is a good solution. Can we assume that winecfg has write 
privilegs to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE? In fact, I think I would prefer a 
(potentially) application specific option, which also hides the dos drives. 
But this would mean some extra code in the MyComputer shell folder.

	New option to (un)register the unixfs namespace extension
