[RESEND] winecfg: option to enable unixfs

Re-diff'd for current CVS

I don't now if this is a good solution. Can we assume that winecfg has write
privilegs to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE? In fact, I think I would prefer a
(potentially) application specific option, which also hides the dos drives.
But this would mean some extra code in the MyComputer shell folder.

	Made the registry cache more general
	New option to (un)register the unixfs namespace extension
