[wined3d] [d3d9] query and headers.

Hi,
  This patch adds a stubbed out version of query to
d3d9 and wined3d.
 It also updates the d3d9 headers and creates wined3d
types where d3d9 and d3d8 are incompatible. (I had to
do some header updates for query anyway.)

The patch is against head.
