RESEND: unixfs: shell namespace extension for the unix filesystem

Hi,

I've replaced the absolute path to shell32.dll by a short piece of code, which 
infers the path. Other than that, the patch is as it was as I submitted it 
last time. Could you please give me a hint on what remains to be done before 
it can go into cvs?

This is a shell namespace extension for the unix filesystem. It's meant to be 
applied by winecfg's drive settings property sheet. Many methods are still 
stubs, but enough is implemented for winecfg's purpose. Mike Hearn's comments 
on the preview have been implemented.
