[ntdll] update spec file

A dump of ntdll.dll from win2k3 sp1 rc2 shows that all the __e* functions
aren't exported any more. I've also forwarded ZwYieldExecution to 
NtYieldExecution
and added a couple of missing spaces.

ChangeLog:
Update ntdll.spec against current Microsoft build.
