X11DRV: Make children of the desktop window managed

Hi,

Many applications like Quicktime, Steam, Half-life 1 and propably many other 
games create their main Windows with WS_CAPTION unset. All these windows are 
not managed so far and don't get keyboard input and overlap other windows 
permanently. This patch addresses this issue by making  children of the 
desktop window managed.
