OLEPICTURE: Initialize [orig|himetric][Width|Height] for PICTYPE_ICON case

This removes one case of "Unsupported type" that frequently crops up in 
VisualBasic applications. This initialization mimics the one used for 
bitmaps, since icons can be considered to be a type of bitmap.
