[SymLoadModule64] Use SymLoadModule

Hi,

Process Explorer (V9.11) calls SymLoadModule64 when checking 'System
Information'. I've just used SymLoadModule for this 'implementation'. 
The other way around is probably better, but then a lot more *64 calls
need to be implemented and we have to use DWORD64 all over the place to
avoid casting. But we most likely eventually have to do this.
