SHELL32: some fixes for shelllink's IContextMenu::InvokeCommand method (RESEND)

With fix for a handle leak spotted by Martin Fuchs.

ChangeLog:
Pass the correct verb.
Add a space between extra parameters.
Wait for ShellExecute to complete.
