[RESENT, 3rd try] shdocvw/tests: Renamed shortcut.c to shlinstobj.c

Saulius gave me a hint on how to remove files with a patch (thanks!). So I 
guess with this patch, you don't have to remove 'shortcut.c'

Sorry for the printf crap and the failing test in the last version of this
patch. I didn't remember that I've already messed with these tests since my
last patch.

I found the following article on MSDN, which calls the mechanism currently
testet in 'shortcut.c' 'Shell Instance Objects':

I would like to rename 'shortcut.c' to 'shlinstobj.c', which seems to make
more sense. Could you please remove 'shortcut.c' after having applied this
patch? Thanks.
