RICHED20: implement EM_GETFIRSTVISIBLELINE and EM_POSFROMCHAR

Sometimes it's good to include the patch too ;-)

ChangeLog:
 * Implemented EM_GETFIRSTVISIBLELINE and EM_POSFROMCHAR (basic
suboptimal implementation, can be optimized to skip whole paragraphs
later if it's useful at all)
 * Fixes bug #3440
