MSI: diff with winehq as of 7 Oct 2005

Hi All,

Incase anybody is interested in tracking the lastest MSI development, 
here is the diff between my tree and WineHQ.

The main changes are:

* initial support transforms and patch collections
* jpegs in dialogs now load

Please report problems directly to me.
