advapi32/tests: remove the saved_key.LOG file created during the registry tests.

At least on NT 4.0 RegLoadKey creates a saved_key.LOG file, so let's 
remove it.

ChangeLog: Delete the saved_key.LOG file that is created during the 
advapi32 registry tests.
