[LOSTWAGES] Update RH packages for 0.9 (part 1)

This sucks, the download-rh page is not easy enough to maintain when a
new release is done and all packages are not ready at the same time. I
don't want to get emails about dead links, but I don't want to make
people wait for all the packages to be built.

Other parts will remove the "(NOT AVAILABLE YET!)" note for some
distro(s).

Changelog:
Update the RH download page for 0.9. Partial update, not all packages
are available yet.
