Add Managed mode option

Resend from other adress as it seems not to get past
spam mail i guess...; also changed  default option
 from NO to YES

 Hi , some apps run better if we can let them run in
unmanaged or managed mode. Added this to winecfg, as
it seems handy to me.Regards, Louis Lenders
